Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care through both clinic and telehealth services while meeting patient volume targets.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff to enhance patient care, ensuring a supportive environment.
• Review patient histories, symptoms, and current medications to make informed decisions.
• Engage actively with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Complete patient charts efficiently and accurately, maintaining communication with team members.
• Implement clinical protocols as outlined by supervising physicians.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on their health conditions.
• Participate in monthly training and mandatory compliance sessions to uphold quality care standards.
• Support new employees through onboarding, training, and mentorship programs.
• Work collaboratively to recommend improvements to enhance patient experiences.
• Adhere to health information management issues, including HIPAA compliance.
• Consult with patients through virtual channels, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting operational needs.

Experience Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in urgent care, occupational health, or family medical practice is preferred.

Licensure: Must hold an active, verifiable license and DEA in good standing. Ability to treat all age groups is essential. DOT certification is required within 120 days of employment for full-time and part-time providers.
