- Responsibilities: Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to explain benefits offerings.
- Manage HRIS systems to accurately track employee benefits data.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to their benefits and promptly resolve issues.
- Analyze benefits usage and trends to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and improve service delivery.
- Must-Have Skills: Proven experience as a Benefits Administrator or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Dayforce, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro preferred.
- Excellent data analysis skills to interpret benefits-related information effectively.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills for interaction with employees and management.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in employee relations.
- Familiarity with benefits trends and emerging best practices in the insurance industry.
- Previous experience in benefits administration within a multi-state organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in HR or benefits administration (e.g., SHRM-CP, CEBS).
