Job Description

Our client, a leading Private Equity firm is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to start on September 15th through mid January. This role supports the Head of Investor Relations, one Associate and one Principal with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of executive assistant experience out of financial services, including email and verbal communication with clients. Ideally this candidate will have experience with an investor relations team, as well as experience with Salesforce, DealCloud, or a similar CRM. Hours are 9am to 5:30pm and is five days onsite.
