Proficient in spraying, applying stain, and color matching paint and stains. Problem‑solving: a knack for on‑the‑spot troubleshooting, ensuring a flawless finished product. Responsibilities Execute precise finishing work, meeting uncompromising standards. Mix paints and stains to ensure precise color matches. Conduct rigorous quality control checks to guarantee each cabinet exceeds expectations. Schedule Monday – Thursday 6:30 am – 4:30 pm Friday 6:30 am – noon Overtime available. Day shift. Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40–50 per week Benefits Compensation based on experience. 401(k) with matching. Dental, health, life, and vision insurance. Paid time off. Work Location: In shop.
