Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Hybrid: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed) should plan to spend time working from home and at times working in the office with clients as part of our hybrid work environment.

Job Description

As a Financial Services Representative, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the way financial advising is done. We are looking for driven, collaborative, passionate, and customer-focused individuals to make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and personalized financial advice to existing State Farm customers.
• Open new brokerage and advisory accounts and assist existing account owners.
• Uncover needs for life insurance, disability insurance and annuities.
• Market small business retirement plans – SEP, SIMPLE, 401k and Individual K.
• Build and Strengthen Client Relationships through effective communication, resolving inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring all documentation remains up to date.
• Showcase a deep understanding of financial markets, sound business judgment, and unwavering integrity while consistently prioritizing the best interests of clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Services Representative role or equivalent financial services experience.
• Life and Health License highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring clients, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 65 or ChFC or Series 66.

• First year’s compensation is expected to range between $80,000-$140,000(includes Commission, Production Bonus and Trails) but please note that this role has unlimited earning potential.
