Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler - 1st Shift
Job Description
Join a dynamic team looking for 1st shift operators responsible for selecting orders, packaging, and shipping plumbing products. You will use RF scan guns to pick orders, enter data into the computer system, and assist with packaging, as well as shipping and receiving tasks.
Responsibilities
Select and package orders using RF scan guns.
Enter order information into the computer system.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
Operate stand-up forklifts, walkie riders, or cherry pickers.
Essential Skills
1 year of experience with reach or cherry pickers.
Warehouse experience.
Basic computer skills.
RF scan gun experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Order picker or cherry picker experience is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a family-owned German company offering a smaller, friendly atmosphere with 25 employees, and opportunities for growth as new orders come in. The company distributes high-level plumbing products, typically smaller items but can weigh up to 50 lbs. Dress code includes steel-toe boots, and you can wear shorts or jeans and a t-shirt. The role is for 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with potential for skill-based growth through five warehouse levels.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
