Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonalds standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness; set and achieve goals with leaders and Department Managers; provide coaching and direction to improve departments.
• Lead hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for future success.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations; background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
