Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician - Entry Level to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Laboratory Technician - Entry Level
Location: Franklin, WI (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 on hourly
What's the Job?
Conduct moisture analysis, pH testing, and gluten testing in a food lab environment.
Run and collect multiple samples every hour while ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
Complete audit forms and document findings accurately.
Interact with other teams, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
Independently plan, prioritize, and execute work while making basic technical decisions.
What's Needed?
Experience using Microsoft Excel and familiarity with lab equipment.
Prior manufacturing or quality experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred.
Ability to be on your feet for 12-hour shifts and manage time effectively.
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Science is preferred; current students pending graduation are also encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
