Schedule: As soon as credentialed - 3 months with possibility to extend
Job Setting: Outpatient
Type of Cases: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified/ Board Eligible: Board Certified ARNP/FNP
Certifications: , ACLS, BLS, PALS
Licensure: Washington license and active Washington DEA
