Job Description

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonalds critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching to improve departments.
• Assist with hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running highvolume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience also acceptable.
• Minimum age 18 years or older for manager positions.
