Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. Responsibilities

•Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills
•Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly
•Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk
•Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
•Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations

Qualifications

•Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
•Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
•Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
•This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification
•Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Valley Fitness Atascadero
