Position: Salesforce Technical Lead—STRONG DEVELOPER
Location: Fully Remote
Terms: Full Time- Candidate must be able to join without sponsorship on day one
Technical Background: Salesforce Developer—SA 4 Level Position (highest level of developers on the team)
APEX Development skills TOP NOTCH
• Design and solutions work: 20%-30% of duties will be coding
• Needs to be able to release the Salesforce services that they are using by doing high level complex coding
• Candidate will have user stories assigned, and they will have to complete
• Can give and take on Omni Channel, but must have the other skills listed on JD
Technical Leadership:
• Will need to do code reviews from other developers and break that down to mentor and coach other developers on the feedback from the code results

• Meeting Heavy for 2025 - sometimes back-to-back
• Leading the team & meetings: 80% of the time will be spent mentoring less experienced staff, solution work, and leading technical aspects of the team.
