Job Description

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Financial Analyst, General Accounting, to support core accounting functions and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across payroll, AR/AP, transactional finance, treasury, tax, and bakery finance. You’ll play a key role in the year-end audit process, contribute to special projects, and support initiatives that help the Company achieve its financial and operational objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and a drive for excellence in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries (Concur, Payroll, Treasury, etc.).
• Create and manage internal orders and capital project breakdowns.
• Assist with year-end external audits.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting policies.
• Contribute to system implementations, automation, and special projects.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support General Accounting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting experience with knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• SAP expertise required; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Adaptable to process changes and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and quality.

Hourly Rate: $33.17–$34.56
