Job Description
**Daily schedule: M-F 9:30 am-6:00 pm EST**
**Hours: 24hrs (might be 40hrs during peak)**
**Job Description:**
**Services to be performed:**
+ Assist stylists in steaming and preparing merchandise to be styled and photographed
+ Support on-set crew in maintaining smooth workflow, openly communicating issues as they arise and assisting in solutions
+ Collaborate with stylist assistant team members to maintain styling closet organization and other daily tasks
+ Maintain a clean and safe shooting area (bay) throughout the day
+ Assist with coordination of samples and merchandise coming in and out of the office, including photoshoot-related duties
+ Support sample trafficking for Client's editorial shoots
+ Maintain and build strong vendor relationships
+ Liaise daily with fashion and buying offices to ensure timely sample flow
+ Manage and track inventory and samples through Fashion GPS, ensuring all items are scanned and accounted for
+ Collaborate with stylists in prepping merchandise to be styled and photographed for editorial shoots
**Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills**
+ On-set photoshoot assisting experience
+ Steaming training and garment care knowledge
+ Tailoring and clerical skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Excellent verbal and written communication
+ Highly proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
+ Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Nice to Haves:**
+ Familiarity with **Fashion GPS** (or similar inventory management systems)
+ Prior experience supporting **fashion** or e-commerce styling teams
+ Knowledge of sample trafficking, vendor relations, and **photoshoot production** processes
