Job Requirements:

• Valid North Carolina Driver's License
• CDL A required (Without Manual Restriction)
• Must reside within 20 minutes of Leland, NC OR Wilmington, NC.
• Clean driving record a must
• Must pass:
  • Pre-employment DOT physical
  • DOT drug screening
  • FMCSA Clearinghouse check
• Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours calls

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles
• Properly load, secure, and unload vehicles using tow equipment
• Deliver excellent customer service, even under pressure
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company procedures, and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfortable driving manual transmission.
• Strong backing and maneuvering skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostic experience
• Experience with various vehicles and heavy equipment
• Prior towing experience is preferred - but we will train the right candidate if you hold a CDL!
• Excellent communication, time management, and self-discipline
