Job Title: Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN)

Location: Concord, MA
Shift/Hours: Days, 40 hours/week, 5 × 8-hour shifts, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Schedule: No weekends, no holidays, no call
Open To: Travel and local candidates (local rate $8/hour less; travel experience required)

Licensure: MA RN license required

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)

Evidence of continued education and professional development

Experience:

3–5 years oncology nursing experience preferred

Job Summary:
The Oncology Nurse Navigator is an experienced oncology nurse responsible for conducting individualized needs assessments for cancer patients, family members, and caregivers across all phases of the cancer care continuum. The Navigator identifies personal and systemic barriers and, through problem-solving and referrals, helps improve access to treatment and achieve better patient outcomes. The ONN reports to the Director of Oncology and Infusion Services and collaborates closely with all members of the oncology team.
