Pay range: $17.10-$21.00/hr

Job Description

• Operates machinery, equipment, and tools in a safe and proficient manner, according to standards, guidelines and instructions.
• Works with product. Inspects, receives, delivers, secures, and maintains product (raw or finished) per RSC standards and guidelines.
• Requires repeated lifting, bending, and stooping. Requires standing for long periods of time and climbing up and down steps.
• Must be able to read and understand rules, tapes, scales and thermometers.
• Must be able to read and understand specifications of each product established by Russell Stover Candies and recognize deviations from those specifications.
• Rotates with RCF and Hutt Supplier. Must be able to perform all Supplier duties as well.
• Performs clean-up activities as assigned.
• May be assigned other duties by plant management as required.
