PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures.
Work with Shift Supervisor in the assignment and supervision of personnel in order to achieve an efficient operation at all times.
Assists his personnel in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments in order to perform work according to standard operating procedures.


Assist Shift Supervisor to see that all manufacturing orders are followed through properly to completion
Organize and schedule work assignments to achieve maximum efficiency and meet processing objectives.
Keep informed of changes and new procedures in manufacturing operations.
Create and execute objectives; meet commitments and work within the guidelines
Reflect Cabinetworks Group business values and philosophy in all business interactions
Ensure safety of personnel and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
Utilize the warehouse computer system to enter, track and locate materials.
Understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions
Complete work with accuracy and efficiency
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Must be extremely safety conscious and have good housekeeping habits.
Must be detail oriented
Must be willing to perform any other tasks required for the success of the department. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
One year of production and/or warehouse experience in a fast paced environment
Two to three years of work experience
Knowledge of safe work practices
High School diploma or GED preferred
Ability to work in a team environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Required to frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
Walking for the majority of the day
Hand dexterity and strength
