Job Description:
- Provide Over the Top Care
- Work as a Team to Accomplish Resident Goals
- Assist Resident's with ADL's (Showering, Toileting, Feeding, Transferring, etc.)
- Follow Facility, DOH, and HIPAA Regulations, Laws, and Policies
- Communicate Changes in Resident condition to Charge Nurse
- Attend Monthly Education Meetings
Schedule:
- Every Other Weekend
- Every other Holiday

Job Requirements:
All Applicants MUST have the following:
- An Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification for the state of Pennsylvania
