Are you looking for an Accounts Payable opportunity with a company to grow with? We have the position for you!
Responsibilities:
Processing check requests from all programs.
Accurately reviewing, coding and processing vendor invoices.
Accepting and processing daily program deposits.
Performing all data entry associated with Accounts Payable.
Maintaining complex vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reviewing and reconciling invoice discrepancies.
Addressing and responding to vendor inquiries.
Issuing stop-payments and check voids when necessary.
Maintaining accurate records related to company vehicles and gas cards.
Maintaining historical records through proper filing and/or scanning of documents.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Non-Profit Experience = Preferred But Will Train!
Microsoft Office 365 (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) Electronic Medical Record
Monday-Thursday, 8AM-5PM
Friday, 8AM-3PM
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
1 years of related and relevant Accounts Payable experience
Strong organization skills and ability to meet various reporting deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, plus is self-motivated
Efficient and effective communication skills
Confidence in handling multiple project deadlines and goals simultaneously
The understanding that all members of a Team matter equally
Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations
Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
