Summary of Role:

The right candidate will be responsible for supporting the RTX population (remote and in-person) on all matters of Audio/Video and Telecom. They will support the implementation of Enterprise DT initiatives related to Audio/Video and Telecom as well as effectively communicate issues and escalations to all stakeholders through resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • General Support and Triage for all Meeting (virtual and in person) related items to Audio Visual, Telecommunications, Virtual, and In-room requirements.
  • Responsible for basic management and maintenance of meeting rooms and equipment.
  • Responsible for the creation and modification of Standard Work Documentation in support of Audio/Video and Telecom needs.
  • Responsible for testing new functionality and release planning for features or new equipment in relation to meeting support.
  • Effectively communicate with users and stakeholders on all matters pertaining to conferencing and telecom support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Vendor Management Experience
  • Experience working and managing conferencing/telephony solutions
  • Experience working with help desk ticketing tool
  • Experience in a technical support role

Education:

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
