Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for an Accounting Analyst with strong Excel experience. This is a contract opportunity with a transportation organization located in Philadelphia PA.
Pay is $28.58/hour
Accounting Analyst
- Review of duplicate/suspect reject AP issues
- Scanning and filing of invoices & payment backup documentation
- Researching of outstanding payments to determine what is needed – Receipting/Authorizations/Proper G/L Codes/Line Item Adjustments, etc
- Running and Review of Daily Check/ACH/EPay Issue Reports
- Review of accounts payable invoices and RFPs
- Printing of weekly journal entries
- Reconciliation of Meta Bank transactions
- Downloading financial reports
