We are looking for a Clinical Director in Lincoln Nebraska

Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider located in New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri, and Oklahoma. We offer in-home and center-based services in our regions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a BCBA
  • Managerial/operational experience desired

Required Qualifications

    • A working computer with functions that allow for video meetings
    • Reliable internet access
    • A vehicle, and a willingness to travel in and around the region & center location

  • BCBA experience (at least 2 years)

  • State License where applicable
  • Experience working with individuals between the ages of 2-21 and individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees clinical operations in their regions
  • Ensure 85% of prescription fidelity is achieved
  • Ensure all staff are familiar with company rules and protocols as it pertains to their role
  • Clinical Director conducts performance reviews for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ensure staff BCBAs conduct performance evaluations for RBTs
  • Provide clinical input for the creation of client schedules
  • As required, review BCBA treatment plans for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.
  • Clinical Director provides clinical consultation to BCBAs, RBTs, school professionals, and
  • parents/guardians as needed
  • Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented. Providing supervision to BCBAs and interns
    • Auditing cases and providing additional clinical input through periodically providing supervision across home and center cases (average 5-8 hours per week).
    • Having 1:1 and/or group meetings with BCBAs at least once monthly
  • Consistently stays in touch with research and new interventions to maintain clinical effectiveness of ABA programs within the branch.
  • Resolves issues with clients' families as needed
  • Routinely assesses key performance indicators (KPIs) and trouble shoot as needed
  • Reviews all assessments and progress reports for new BCBAs until performance satisfaction is achieved
  • Works closely with the marketing director on social media and advertising strategy for their center
  • Works closely with the local operations administrator to schedule clients and staff appropriately.
  • Responsible for team building events, company culture, and staff engagement
  • Works with interdisciplinary teams to optimize company output
  • Plans, evaluates and works closely with recruiters for providing consistent and sufficient staffing to meet client needs
  • Assists recruiting as is needed with planning and hosting job fairs
  • Interviews BCBA applicants (and behavior technician applicants as is desired/needed)
  • Creating learning material and opportunities for ongoing staff training
  • Manages operating budget for their region
