Overview:

MISSION: The mission for this role is to seek empathetic and compassionate individuals ready to be a part of a team, helping, supporting, and guiding children diagnosed with autism by building and improving their communication, problem-solving skills, and social interactions through direct individualized one-on-one ABA therapy treatment plans created by our BCBAs.


We’re seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Therapist (BT) / ABA Therapist who will collaborate with experts and implement best practice child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children, our “kiddos” diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.


Mental Health Techs Welcome! This is a Clinic Based, Entry-Level position that offers paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Tech (RBT) and work hands-on with autistic kids with autism by utilizing ABA Therapy.

Your duties:

  • Accurately measure and record data collection throughout the therapy sessions with Integrity by completing daily progression notes in Central Reach.
  • Analyze data, and track client progress for our KIDS, with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders and implement best practices,
  • Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs written by the BCBAs
  • Ensures the safety and dignity of Clients
  • Quickly build rapport and trust with clients by providing high-quality care.
  • Complete 40 hours of RBT training within the first 12 days
    • Receive RBT Certification within 60 Days


What we are looking for!

  • Minimum High school diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A passionate and Compassionate individual who loves working with children 10 and under
  • Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Time management, observation, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to work on a team
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Reliable transportation is required
