Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within our target market and will be a key player in helping us achieve our goals. You will carry your own sales quota within the Global sales team and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Based on your quota you will set objectives and plan accordingly to achieve targets. Being an Account Executive focused on growth and expansion is an exciting and challenging role. This is an ideal position if you have 2-5+ years of successful sales and account management experience. Your professional DNA blends new opportunity hunting and growth/expansion sales with a focus on enterprise SaaS software. This position offers you the chance to work in a flexible, no-nonsense, informal, and fast-paced working environment, enabling and empowering you to grow as a sales professional. In this position you will report directly to the Product Group’s Vice President of Payments and Expansion.

Finally, you will build close relationships with your customers to understand their business drivers and know how to establish buy-in at all levels (sales management, delivery leads and senior/executive management). You will identify and qualify new sales opportunities with established Enterprise customers and effectively run a sales cycle to reach and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, nurturing and closing new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans
  • Conducting market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competition
  • Presenting and demonstrating our solutions to potential customers
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Experience or exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to sales
  • Fluency in communicating with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Fluency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.

Salary Range

US Remote: $65,000-75,000 USD per year + commission
