What you’ll do:
Working in the Central Region of Field Sales, the Account Executive will be responsible for the following primary duties:
What you’ll need:
Minimum 5 year of experience in educational sales or related field
Bachelor’s Degree
Technical understanding of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and LMSs
Experience managing complex tasks, multiple accounts and consultative selling
Ability to communicate effectively, understand the customer roles, manage the customer relationships, and position HMH products as a trusted partner
People skills needed to build and leverage relationships to close business, manage customer expectations, and communicate confidently with all levels of school district leadership including superintendents.
Preferred but not necessary: skills/education/experience/working knowledge
Experience in SIS/SaaS Sales, Education, or other sales
Experience in a school district

Benefits and Salary Range
Salary Range - $70,000 to $85,000. Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on several factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education, and location.
