JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for the strongest salesagents/sales Managers, who want to earn a high commission! we are a marketing company, who has multiple accounts for you to choose from, which consist of: at&t internet, cell phone service frontier, Windstream, home security, home phone, and home solar power systems. we have the highest commissioms. we run event marketing campaigns, in store booth set ups, and door to door sales. so, which ever way you feel you are the strongest at selling you can do.

we are looking for sales reps, who can build into store managers and/or territory managers

*bonuses and other rewards for people who go out and sell above average.

*we value you, so we want to compensate you with higher commissions, whenever we see some one working hard selling a lot.

average Commission pay outs for at&t is 500-2000$ a week

solar payouts average 2000$-4000$ per sale. Must consistently be a top performer to focus on solar And go to events, which is where you will sell the most solar. The events are all over the east coast and it's all expense paid trips (flights, car rental, and air bnb/hotel paid for by comany.)

we are mainly focused on staffing the stores and expanding our store market, so rather you can be a strong sales rep or help us manage and build our store market this position could be perfect for you.

Duties & Functions

  • interact with the community and have the ability to carry a conversation to be able to sell
  • sell all services
  • Be able to use our system to take information from individuals to see if they can get approve for services
  • set up a table or bootmake sure it looks presentable.
  • input all information correctly into the crm
  • be dendable with your work schedule and when you are asked to get tasks completed.
  • learn multiple different services

Advance in company by:

  • set interviews with potential candidates
  • interview and build our northwest territory team.
  • manage a team of employees.
  • train others to excel at learning and selling all of our se
  • travel outside of your local city to do events
  • build a team in other states

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS *

  • preferably associates degree
  • at least 1 year of sales experience
  • customer service experience
  • worked with crms in past

Physical requirements:

  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required. (options to work part time.)
  • being able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long durations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,563.00 - $98,283.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
