- They need to be of Manufacturing domain and it would be good if they have Digital or Oracle EBS background.
Role, Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Qualification:
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (CxO Level)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- Should have understanding in IT Managed services and Fixed price projects for Manufacturing clients
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Digital or Oracle EBS background.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
