Job Description

A fast growing automotive lender in the Atlanta area is currently seeking professional Collections Agents. The agents are responsible for communicating with customers regarding past due accounts, resolving customer inquiries and, ensuring customer satisfaction for repeat business. We are seeking experienced individuals with knowledge of the principles and process of collections in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will bring these skills in addition to a strong work ethic and desire for success.

Requirements for Collections agent:

• Communication skills

• Be able to lead by example, while enforcing company policies and procedures.

• Prior experience working with sub prime customers such as furniture financing, pay day loans, title loans, etc.,
• Needs to pass background check.

Schedule:

• Full time.
• Monday through Friday 9am-6pm 1 hour lunch

Salary offered to the Account Manager person:

• Pay ($14-$18 / h) plus commission based on collections.
