As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the execution of campaign activations ensuring partners are guided through the creative and execution development of digital media with a lens on accurate experiences for the customer and successful development of the campaign objective. You will have an expert understanding of product capabilities and what’s needed to successfully create and launch them, in a rapidly evolving industry with continual expansion of portfolio of offerings. In close collaboration with Best Buy Ads Partner and Category Marketing, you will contribute to business goals, and approach client work with a consultative mindset to retain and grow business.

You have a proven track record of effectively building relationships, managing multiple bodies of execution work at once with high level of details, navigating multiple internal and external stakeholders needs, and balancing timeline/input constraints in a fast-paced environment.

This position will report to the Manager or Sr. Manager of Account Management

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of digital media campaigns between partners and cross-functional teams
  • Consult with clients through the creative and execution development with a lens on accurate experiences for the customer and successful development of the campaign objective
  • Drive timeline needs and constraints for committed activity
  • Evangelize product capabilities to clients and partners for optimal campaigns and customer experiences
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of account activity for accurate execution

Client partnership
  • Manage accounts
  • Effectively communicate executional capabilities of Best But Ads offerings
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams such as Partner and Category Marketing, Media, Reporting & Insights, Creative and other marketing teams to deliver on campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to provide creative and execution recommendations to clients
  • Partner with your leader to identify and develop opportunities to strengthen client partnerships

Creative strategy
  • Be the expert in creative capabilities of product offerings and effectively communicate options, limitations and needs to clients
  • Lead campaign creative kickoff including translating partner inputs for creative development
  • Recommend creative approaches

Basic Qualifications
  • 2 or more years in client-facing, marketing, digital, retail media, retail, project management experience
