About the Role:

You’ll be based in the Wilmington, NC area as the primary point of contact for all customers and accounts in your portfolio. Focusing on Account Management, you’ll also have the following responsibilities and skills.

· Customer-first based approach to all accounts in your landscape maintenance portfolio.

· Meet with existing and new accounts on a consistent basis.

· Assist local sales team with maintenance contract estimates.

· Focus on the fine details of every account.

· Operate organized follow-ups with customers and teams.

· Assist and support other departments when needed to foster a Team atmosphere.

· Lead landscape maintenance crews to deliver weekly, quality, maintenance objectives within budgeted customer agreements.

· Identify, and notify, customers of needed landscape enhancements, and provide proposals in a timely fashion.

· Promote teamwork within the company and provide clear customer expectations to production staff.

· Work with other managers on work schedules including seasonal work needs; provide training to new and existing staff as needed, making sure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA safety.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • customer account management: 2 years (Required)
  • Landscape Estimation or Proposal: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Commercial Landscape Maintenance Operations Management: 2 years (Required)
  • CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wilmington, NC
