POSITION DETAILS
The Account Services Coordinator helps to ensure that the client experience is extraordinary and the sales process is efficient. The Account Services Coordinator is a problem solver and highly detail-oriented. A support function within the Client Team and keeps the client in mind at every step, the Account Services Coordinator is interested in pursuing a career in sales. The Account Services Coordinator is based out of our Johnstown office with flexibility for remote work options up to 2 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to process sales and purchase orders
  • Partner with Account Managers & Sr. Account Managers to support business development and growth
  • Communicate with clients on order confirmation details, shipping notifications, and payments
  • Proactively reduce client issues and increase efficiencies through identifying trends and communicating opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical product knowledge
  • Efficiently multi-task and collaborate with teams cross-functionally

QUALIFCATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years client relations/service or sales admin experience in a related field required
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative team player who builds relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to travel to the Killbuck Campus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
The essential functions of this position frequently require the team member to use hands or fingers to lift, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. This position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protectors and work boots.
