We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, skilled, and engaging professional to fill a Med Spa Front Desk Receptionist position in our busy OB/GYN practice.

The Med Spa Front Desk Reception is primarily responsible for providing support with the daily activities of a medical spa, including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, opening and closing transactions, and client care. The ideal candidate for this position is an inspirational team player with a strong yet friendly personality. One that will be focused, hard-working, and an excellent multi-tasker. Experience with social media and computer savvy. Prior Med spa/salon experience is required.

Key skills for this position are strong communication, experience with high-profile clientele, and must always possess a calm and professional demeanor.

Schedule: Full Time, Mon- Fri

Pay & Benefits: Commensurate with experience.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Provide excellent client care and customer service
  • Answer and screen inbound phone calls
  • Manage appointments (scheduling, moving, and canceling appointments)
  • Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
  • Accurately complete client transactions
  • Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, always keeping the clients a priority
  • Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic
  • Laundry service, including washing, drying, and folding sheets and towels or restocking rooms
  • Efficiently provide basic office administrative support tasks, including but not limited to mailing, faxing, sorting, typing and filing.
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy
  • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management

Additional Responsibilities may include:

· Set high standards for clinical quality, compliance and excellence, and model the company's core values of outstanding patient care.

· Coordination and collaboration with team members.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Experience working as a team member in a healthcare environment

· 1 year OB/GYN medical office experience

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

· Pleasant and outgoing personality

· Strong attention to detail

· Professional appearance and communication style

· High volume practice experience

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Adaptable, proactive and quality-focused

· Computer proficiency - word, excel, outlook

· NextGen experience a PLUS

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent or technical school certificate required.
