Position: Account Supervisor

Compensation: $18- $22

Job Type: Full- Time

We are looking for a Janitorial Account Supervisor to join our team. The Janitorial Account Supervisor will be working with the account manager to manage the completion of projects, scope of work, contractual requirements, and conducting inspections.

Additional duties include planning, monitoring, evaluating job results, coaching, discipling employees, and serving as the first point of contact for clients. An Account Supervisor must be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

Reports To: Account Manager

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and responding to any day-to-day needs of the assigned buildings in a diligent time frame.
• Recruit employees in order to maintain proper staffing levels based on the scope of work/budgets to ensure quality of service.
• Schedule day-to-day, periodic services, and special project needs.
• Evaluation of employee’s performance.
• Maintain a transparent line of communication with property contacts, the account manager, and employees.
• Escalate client/contract concerns as needed to the Account Manager or Director of Operations.
• Follow-up with customers and team members requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Create an action plans to correct any issues identified to create a sustainable operation.
• Ability to support any facility and/or team in regular staffing duties during emergencies.
• Should be able to lead a team to ensure daily tasks, project work, requests, and work orders are completed on time within company and customer expectations.

• Strong verbal communication skills, problem solving, time management and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift items up to 35lbs. while moving around and perform other physical duties (i.e., climb latter, lifting, bending).
• Ability to adapt and work as a team to ensure daily tasks, project work, requests and work orders are completed on time and within company expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
