Responsibilities

- Prepare reports and other records, and review for accuracy
- Reconcile & clean schedules
- Post journal entries accurately and efficiently
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- Communicate with store managers daily and follow-up with open tasks
- Answer e-mails timely and professionally

- Assist Office Manager and Controller as needed

Qualifications

- Must have at least one (1) year of recent dealership automotive accounting experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organized

- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and comfortable in an open office setting

- Must be able to stay late & work weekends during the month end close
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite DMS helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
