You will assist the accounting team by providing support directly to our Controller and CFO. Primarily responsible for managing our accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, bank reconciliations and assisting with monthly close cycles. You would be integral in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), reporting, and making sure the daily transactions are handled accurately. You will be a part of an accounting team that is engaged in our entire team and not siloed away in “corporate.” Be a part of an epic team and grow with us!

As our Accounting Manager, you will:

  • Manage critical day to day operations of our accounting team
  • Review & Develop KPI’s and report to Controller
  • Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts on monthly basis
  • Oversee fixed assets and ensure we are tracking appropriately
  • Assist in the monthly close process, along with variance analysis
  • Assist with tax compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies
  • Assist with projects to help improve our systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 2-5 years accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
