- Assisting in monthly and annual closings, ensuring invoices and payments are posted to the appropriate period
- Distributing mail throughout headquarters location
- Maintaining details for sales tax refund return
- Maintaining vendor files, corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries
- Preparing accounts payable checks
- Preparing purchase orders
- Processing check request
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in Accounts Payable in a manufacturing environment
- Detail oriented
