Responsibilities:
- Enter and balance accounts paid
- Review invoices for documentation
- Process invoice matching
- Audit vendor statements
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Assist in month-end close
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in accounting
- Proficient in 10-key and Microsoft Excel
- Mas90 and/or Sage software experience is preferred
Work Model:
- On-Site

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
