Job Details for the Accounts Payable Clerk position:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Pay Rate: $25+, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Accounts Payable Clerk position:

  • Review financial statements and apply debits and credits
  • Applying payments to customer accounts
  • Reconcile and report discrepancies
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track information

Job Requirements for the Accounts Payable Clerk position:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Previous experience with Peachtree or QuickBooks preferred
  • Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
