Expectations for this role:

AP

• Process expense reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage accounts payable for vendors.
• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
• Perform monthly reconciliation.
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
• Audit and process credit card bills.
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries.

AR

• Assisting with monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closes
• Providing support in clearing AR email inbox.
• Maintaining and updating customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
• Assisting in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
• Participating in regular audits, including cycle counts on the manufacturing floor and external audits.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What you need for success:

• The ability to operate in a fast pace, highly dynamic environment, at a detailed execution level, as well as on a tactical/strategic level
• Capability to interact with senior leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives while maintaining credibility and encouraging collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has some excel experience
• Strong critical-thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset
