Job Details for Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
• Pay Rate: $25 hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Prepares and processes payments accurately and on time for amounts owed by the company
• Reviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices needed to prepare payments
• Data entry of invoices into the online system

Job Requirements for Accounts Payable Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong organization and problem solving ability
