As an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist - Client Experience Ambassador, through the use of technology and an electronic health record, you will bill payers according to contracts, monitor all billing and outstanding aging, identify and work through denials and insurance obstacles in an effort to maximize revenue. The Fiscal Department is part of CSG's Business Operations Team, which is a company-wide administrative service that uses a process management approach to enhance customer satisfaction and financial health for CSG.

This position offers:

• Pay based on experience.
• Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM hours.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of A/R, Commercial Insurance, Billing, and/or Coverage and Authorization experience.
• Billing and Coding Degree/Certificate preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare and Commercial Insurances.
• Understand how to submit claims.
• Understand how to work through denials.
• Experience working with 835/837's.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Strong technical skills.
• Able to function Independently with strong critical thinking skills.
