Accounts Receivable Analyst
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will assist Finance in safeguarding the assets of the company and maintaining customer excellence. This includes processing a high volume of financial transactions with accuracy. The candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while maintaining focus on the priorities & goals. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of organization, strong attention to detail, and good problem solving and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Balancing & Cash Reconciliation of all related accounts
- Processing large volumes of financial transactions in varying modules
- AR Support to various areas of the business
- Lockbox processing, maintenance & reconciliation
- Allianz claim processing
- Optional Tour & Rejects processing, maintenance & reconciliation
- General & Administrative tasks & Ad Hoc Projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer/traveler relations.
- Analytical skills with knowledge of spreadsheet applications, (excel focused).
- Self-motivated: Able to work independently and as a team member
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
