This is a 1,040 hour (around 5-6 month) contract to hire position! Once brought on permanent all your benefits kick in and you're eligible for a bump in pay!
$18-24/hr. starting out.
Office: This is a La Porte office based position, it is not remote.
Must have strong Oil/ Gas or Home building/ Construction Billing experience,
Job Description:
Prepare invoices for customers
Process invoices in customer portal (Ariba, SAP, etc.)
Responds to customer inquiries and requests
Responds to Sales department request
Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with monthly reporting, as assigned
Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with sales tax reporting, as needed
Proactively engage and support company initiative designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection and continual improvement.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum five (5) years accounting/billing experience
Knowledge of D365 and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) is a plus
Experience with Time & Material is a plus
Proficient with latest versions of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
