Accounts Receivable Coordinator Job at Keystone Community Resources
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of HCSIS and PROMISe billing system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages
- Experience with state Medicaid billing systems
- Three (3) to Five (5) Years of experience in Accounts Receivable related functions
Essential Functions
- Oversee and Manage all Billing
- Reconciliation of all Accounts Receivable
- Upload Billing in Financial System
- Maintain HCSIS Authorization System vs. Tracking Sheet
- Audits for Production and OVR Invoices, as well as Billing Audits
- Other duties as assigned
Work Environment
- Office environment
- Work week is Monday through Friday 8: am to 4:00 pm. One (1) hour lunch. Position will incur additional hours may or may not include weekend work.
