Rosco Vision Systems is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible to bill for services rendered and related accounts receivable administrative functions. This position will support the product development and finance team with monthly billing. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner, able to multi-task, must work well independently as well as on a team, and must be dependable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

· Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions.

· The ability to analyze information found and provided

· The ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records

· Follows up as appropriate with owners, managers and staff regarding issues/problems and concerns

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

· Some College credits or High School diploma

· 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable

· The ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal direction

· Proficiency in operating spreadsheets (Excel), MS Office and accounting software

· Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Proficiency in customer service orientation and negotiation

· Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Capability to withstand exposure to high volume of business
