Activity Aide FT, PT and Per Diem Positions Job at Hillsborough County, NH
Schedule: Full Time; Part-time; Per Diem
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour (FT and PT)
$18.00 per hour (Per Diem)
Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Activities Director, the Activity Aide is responsible for performing duties involving the planning and implementation of programs which meet the physical, mental, spiritual and psych-social needs and interests of the residents.
General Responsibilities:
The candidate will instruct and encourage participation in group and individual sessions; maintains equipment; keeps work/treatment areas in clean and safe fashion.
Qualifications:
· Ability to drive transportation vehicles
· Ability to operate stove/oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, TV/DVD/CD players, glue guns, hand tools, hand weights, various recreational equipment, sewing machine and camera
· Current New Hampshire state LNA license
· High school diploma or completion of a standard high school course or an equivalent combination of experience which provides the required knowledge, skill and ability
