You will be providing care and compassion for your patients as a member of the Quality Life Services team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement programs for individual and group activities based on resident’s needs and abilities
- Plan and conduct activity programs to assist residents in returning to the community
- Schedule and implement room visits and in-room activities for residents unable to leave their room
- Plan and schedule both indoor and outdoor activities for residents
- Document all resident and family interactions and complete progress notes
- Plan and conduct resident council meetings
- Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team and attend all resident care conferences
- Provide a pleasant and entertaining environment for residents during their stay
