Activity Center Attendant Job at MOUNTAINTOP GOLF AND LAKE CLUB INC
TITLE: Outdoor Pursuits Activity Center Staff
REPORTS TO: OP Management and OP Shift Leader
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: To establish and maintain a Mountaintop service environment for members and guests in addition to creating lasting memories while at The Activity Center. You will be expected to facilitate group activities such as Pickleball, Croquet, and many other sports. You will also assist with the daily operations of the facilities and help with special events, and excursions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Activity Center
- Ensure safety of members while at the AC.
- Ensure and practice all safety procedures
- Responsible for opening, closing, and side duties
- Daily setup and breakdown of all AC related activities.
- Work various hours, holidays, weekends, and long hours on feet. (Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Are Required)
- Work in the sun for extended periods.
- Assist members with equipment sign out and reservations
- Keep AC clean, organized, and proper storage of equipment
- Proper stocking of all supplies at AC comfort station and restrooms.
- Knowledge and adherence to all uniform and grooming requirements: be professional in both appearance and manner at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Red Cross First Aid & CPR Training
- 1-2 years of experience with kids
- Athletics or outdoor enthusiast
- High school diploma or equivalent
