Activity Director Job at Norridge Gardens
Norridge Gardens is a 296 bed long term care facility located in Norridge Illinois. We have been serving the Norridge Community for over 40 years.
We are looking for a full time, energetic person with at least 1 year experience to run our Activity Department.
Responsibilites: Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal,state and local standards, guildelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator and /or Activity Consultant, to assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental and psychosocial wel being of each resident.
